How to book
- Choose your dates of in our availability calendar, clicking on each night you wish to stay with us (for a weekend stay, click on both Friday and Saturday, for example).
- Fill in the form with your personal details, additional requirements and accept the terms and conditions.
- Click Send to forward us your booking request. You will receive a confirmation email with payment instructions for the completion of your booking.
The reservation will be confirmed once the payment of the stay has been received.

By making a reservation, you agree to comply with the house rules listed below. Please read them carefully before booking your stay.
House rules
Minimum stay of 2 nights
Check-in, check-out, payment and cancellation policies
Arrival time: 16-21 pm
Check-out time: 11 am
Payment: At the time of booking. It is required in order to finalise the booking.
Cancellation: Full refund up to 2 weeks before arrival. After that, the first night’s stay will be charged up to 7 days before arrival. 50% of the booking will be refunded during the week prior to the arrival. Cancellations less than 24h before arrival are not refundable.

No events, parties and loud behaviour allowed.
Overnight stays of more people than those reflected in the reservation has a penalty of 40€, to be deducted from the deposit, along with the price difference corresponding to the actual number of guests.
Quiet from 23:00 to 08:00. We are in the village’s heart, must be respectful with neighbours and fully enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside.
Pets are welcome under our T&Cs:
* Your pet must never be left alone in the loft whilst you are out; it must always accompany you.
* You must bring four pieces of fabric to completely cover both the seats and the backs of the four upholstered chairs in the accommodation.
* The accommodation reserves the right to cancel your booking on the spot if any of these conditions are not met as agreed at the time of booking.
Commitment to the environment
Our guests must share this commitment and separate organic waste, packaging, glass and paper. Containers are provided.
Health and sanitation rules for 2+ nights stays
Kindly take out the different rubbish and waste and dispose it in their local containers, in Plaza del Arco, every 2 nights at the latest.
