Morning mindful walk

Discover the beauty of olive fields, vineyards, rural paths and cattle trails around El Toboso. Quietly appreciate the first sun rays on our face, breath in countryside and seasonal fruit aromas, listen to birds singing and vegetation being gently shaken by the morning breeze.

Open-air meditation

Spend some daily time meditating and paying full and judgement free attention to your body, thoughts, feelings and behaviour. Practice gratitude, compassion and relaxation. Feel better about yourself and others for the rest of the day.

Allow yourself to be embraced by the beauty of El Toboso’s rural trails and countryside. Quietly appreciate the final sun rays getting lost under the far-away La Mancha horizon, the local vegetation shaken by the evening breeze, the colour-changing clouds and infinite sky above us.
